Amir Elion suggests his own book '100 Creative Presentation Ideas': "This is the first book in a series of book with 100 practical creative ideas on different business and personal development subjects. Your comments and suggestions will be appreciated." He has an accompanying website, where you can buy the book and preview some of the ideas. 'Present the presentation blindfolded' is one of the more "outrageous" ones.
